This gentle no-sacrifice, non-deprivation plan gives you a satisfying combination of our tastiest enzyme rich juices and plenty of “real” organic whole foods so you won’t go hungry.
You can choose to cleanse for 3 or 4 days and the photo to the right shows what is included in one day of the cleanse. You will be drinking 4 juices per day, 1 blue-green algae shot/day, 1 grain bowl/day, 1 vegan soup/day, 1 raw vegan dessert/day and a raw vegan snack.
Each day consists of the following food and lighter juices:
- Green Lemonade, 12 oz
- Lean Green, 12 oz
- Coconut Milk, 12 oz
- Cranberry Gingerade,12 oz
- blue-green algae shot
- vegan soup - seasonal flavors
- kale salad with whole grains like quinoa or brown rice
- raw vegan snack such as kale chips or sprouted grawnola
- raw vegan macaroon (chocolate or vanilla)
