From Points South:
Take 95 N to Exit 57: Rte 113 E/Story Ave. (This eventually becomes Rte 1A/High Street. Revitalive® is located approximately 2.5 miles from 95N exit 57. We’re on the left hand side of High Street. For on street parking, drive past our location and take a right onto Pond St. Off street parking is available behind our building. There are two spaces between the white garages.

From Points North:
Take 95 S to Exit 57: Rte 113 E/Story Ave. Turn Left at end of exit ramp onto 113E/Story Ave. (This eventually becomes Rte 1A/High Street. Revitalive® is located approximately 2.5 miles from 95 N Exit 57. We’re on the left hand side of High Street. From Points West:
Take 495 N to Exit 55: Rte 110 E. Exit Rte 110 onto 95 S. Take Exit 57. Follow directions above (From Points North.) Off street parking is available behind our building. There are two spaces between the white garages.
