Revitalive® Health & Wellness, LLC was founded by Kristen Overlock & Anna Forkan to provide an integrative natural health center in the Boston area. Their wellness practice draws on the pioneering research and expertise of Drs. Ann Wigmore, Norman Walker, Bernard Jensen, Arnold Ehret, and so many more. Both Kristen and Anna have worked at the world renowned Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute. Dr. Wigmore is widely recognized as the mother of the raw foods movement, and the founder of Hippocrates Health Institute.

Kristen graduated in 1995 with a BS in Nutrition from Penn State University. Over the last fifteen years, Kristen has developed a unique and compassionate approach to helping clients achieve the health and vitality that is rightfully theirs! As an expert in the field of raw and vegan nutrition, Kristen has helped her clients strike the nutritional balance that works best for them. As a lifelong athlete, Kristen developed an interest in health and nutrition at an early age. Kristen's interest in nutrition also stemmed from her own struggles with severe digestive problems and peptic ulcers for most of her life. Kristen is constantly researching and learning about natural health and wellness. Kristen is currently pursuing advanced studies in nutrition.
Kristen studied colon hydrotherapy at the Dotolo Institute in 1999 under Brenda Watson (founder of Renew Life). In 1999 Kristen began working at the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute where she taught courses on nutrition, digestion and colon health. Over the years, Kristen has developed a unique approach to colon hydrotherapy which incorporates abdominal massage, Reiki, and reflexology.
Anna Forkan, BSE Engineering, Certified Nutritional Microscopist, Certified Raw & Living Foods Lifestyle Educator
Anna graduated in 2003 with a BSE in Engineering from the University of Iowa. While attending the U of I, she became interested in global environmental issues and founded the group Engineers for a Sustainable World. Her main focus with ESW was drinking water issues plaguing Latin American communities, mainly Mexico and Guatemala. Anna also worked with Department of Natural Resources in the Pollution Prevention department to help companies reduce their ecological footprint. While living in Iowa, Anna enjoyed organic farming and volunteered her time at a farm in Iowa where a French chef prepared dinners from the bounty of her gardens. The experience instilled a deep appreciation of the earth and the power of eating real food.
In 2006, Anna began working as the Operations Manager of the Ann Wigmore Natural Health Institute. While working there, Anna began to study nutritional microscopy to provide visual feedback on our inner terrain. Anna offers nutritional microscopy and wellness coaching to clients at Revitalive.
Ted is happily employed as the greeter and mascot of Revitalive. Upon entering the center, Ted may demand an ear scratching and possibly a game of catch. Ted is another testimonial to the raw food diet. Ted, being a true omnivore, does eat raw meat and veggies. He gets all his food from The Natural Dog (a super cool holistic pet store). He has been eating a raw diet for almost 4 years.
