Anna and Kristen are two wonderful caring women who have done their work. They are calm, patient and caring. They are enthusiastic and live what they teach. There is a gentleness in them and their work space inviting one to return to nature’s bounty….and thus into the realm of inner strength and clarity, of inner peace and unconditional love. They have walked their path to assist those that are ready to walk with them. They invite with nonjudgement to witness the benefits of live foods, of internal cleansing as ways to be radiant and vibrant.

The experience with the live blood viewing is one that the biochemist in me loves. I have done these several times with 2 other practitioners. This was the first time that the views were carefully explained. For me, this assists me to establish the basis for creating health.

One of these steps involved receiving a colonic. The atmosphere throughout the office is clear, inviting and calming from the use of soft earth based colors, to large clear spaces, to beautiful artwork and music. Time feels generous as they ask questions, as they truly listen and then offer suggestions with ample explanations. The colonic was done with care and felt soothing and energizing.

They teach vs preach. They are living examples of the benefits of the live food way of life. Thank you for choosing my neighborhood so that I have a place to visit, to renew and be supported on the path that works for me.
